1. The Bureau of Internal Revenue-National Office (BIR-NO), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Two Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Four Pesos (P 7,269,674.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the P.B. No. 2024-04 (Consulting Services) - Application Support and Maintenance of Taxpayer Service Systems eServices for the period from May 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 for which the Bidding Documents is issued.

2. The BIR-NO now invites bids to provide Consulting Services for the Application Support and Maintenance of Taxpayer Service Systems eServices. The said eServices is needed for sustainability of taxpayer eServices such as Electronic Filing and Payment System (eFPS), eBIRForms System, Accounts Receivable Management System (ARMS), Electronic Tax Software Provider Certification (eTSPCert) System and APIs for TIN Verification, BIRForms, and ePayment.
