PB 19-2025

1) The Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center (BRHMC), through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Twenty Four Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 524,300,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Women-s Health And Child Care Specialty Center Phase III under PB 19-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BRHMC now invites bids for Construction of Women-s Health And Child Care Specialty Center Phase III . Completion of the Works is Five Hundred Seventy Seven (577) calendar days from receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
