INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR RUST PROOFING OF STEELWORKS IN 600-BED BUILDING
PB 11-2025

1. The Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center (BRHMC), through the Hospital Income of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Four Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Two Hundred Eight Three Pesos and 08/100 (P7,446,283.08) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of Supply of Labor and Materials for Rust Proofing of Steelworks in 600-Bed Building under PB 11-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BRHMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within one hundred forty-four (144) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
