1. In view of two- failed biddings, the Bicol Regional Training and Teaching Hospital (BRTTH), through the Hospital Income 2021 and 2022 intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (P 1,740,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Medical Equipment (Radiology and Surgery) under PB No. 08-2021. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BRTTH now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within 2 year...
