Invitation to Bid for Construction of Women-s Health and Child Care Specialty Center Phase II
PB 05-2025
1. The Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center (BRHMC), through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Seventy-Four Million One Hundred Thirty Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Pesos and 47/100 (P474,130,520.47) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of Construction of Women-s Health and Child Care Specialty Center Phase II under PB 05-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BRHMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within two hundred forty (240) calendar days from Receipt of NTP until December 31, 2025. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
