INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF HEMODIALYSIS SERVICES ON A LEASE PER TREATMENT SCHEME FOR ONE (1) YEAR CONTRACT
PB NO. 04-2025

1. The Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center (BRHMC), through the Hospital Income 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Five Million Two Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Pesos (P 25,233,720.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Hemodialysis Services on a Lease Per-Treatment Scheme for One (1) year Contract under PB No. 04-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BRHMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within one (1) year starting upon receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
