1) The Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center (BRHMC), through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thirty Eight Million Pesos (P 338,000,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction Of 20 Storey Integrated Specialty Care And Wellness Hub Phase II (Re-Bid) under PB 02-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BRHMC now invites bids for Construction Of 20 Storey Integrated Specialty Care And Wellness Hub Phase II (RE-BID) . Completion of the Works is Three Hundred Thirty Four (334) calendar days from receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
