INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS IT EQUIPMENT
FOR 3RD AND 4TH QUARTER AND SUPPLEMENTAL OF 2024 (RE-BID)
PB NO. 01-2025

1. The Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center (BRHMC) through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Ninety Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php 5,590,200.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various IT Equipment for 3rd and 4th Quarter and Supplemental of 2024 (Re-Bid) under PB No. 01-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BRHMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by seven (7) calendar days upon receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
