CONSTRUCTION OF COVERED COURT AT KIMAHURING ES, BRGY. KIMAHURING
PRES. ROXAS, COTABATO

1) The Provincial Government of Cotabato through the Annual Budget approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION PESOS ONLY, (P6,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PB INFRA 26-013 - CONSTRUCTION OF COVERED COURT AT KIMAHURING ES, BRGY. KIMAHURING, PRES. ROXAS, COTABATO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Cotabato now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 200 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
