  CONSTRUCTION OF 3 CL SB FOR NEW JANIUAY ES, BRGY. NEW JANIUAY

  1) The Provincial Government of Cotabato through the Annual Budget approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION PESOS ONLY, (P3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PB INFRA 26-010 - CONSTRUCTION OF 3 CL SB FOR NEW JANIUAY ES, BRGY. NEW JANIUAY, MLANG, COTABATO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The Provincial Government of Cotabato now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 100 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
