1. The Provincial Government of Cotabato through the Annual Budget approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY, (P1,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PB INFRA 24-160 - INSTALLATION OF STACKING SHELVES, PARTITION, TRANSACTION COUNTERS AT PHARMACY & FINANCE SECTION, COTABATO PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, AMAS, KIDAPAWAN CITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
