1. The Provincial Government of Cotabato through the Annual Budget approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY, (P250,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PB INFRA 23-076 - 1 UNIT ADDITIONAL FIREFIGHTING PIPES FROM JOCKEY PUMP TO ER AND OPD, MLANG DISTRICT HOSPITAL, MLANG, COTABATO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Cotabato now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required in 45 calendar days.
