Description : The BARANGAY CENTRO 09, through the 20% Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thirteen Thousand Four Hundred Forty Five Pesos and Twenty Centavos (₱713,445.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PB-INF-001-2026 IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING, along Rizal St. Ext., Centro 09, Tuguegararo City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected in the bid opening.
1. The BARANGAY CENTRO 09 now invites bids for PB-INF-001-2026 IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING, along Rizal St. Ext., Centro 09, Tuguegararo City. Completion of the Works is required within 90 days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in, Section II Instructions to Bidders.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
