1) The Bicol Medical Center, through the Income-CO intends to apply the sum of PESOS FOUR MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THRITY-TWO & 89/100 (Php 4,472,832.89) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Laundry & Linen Bldg. & Provision of Housekeeping Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Bicol Medical Center now invites bids for the above-mentioned Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 120 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
