  Misamis Occidental - Upper Potongan - Upper Dioyo - Siloy Road at Concepcion, Misamis Occidental
  1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental, through the General Fundintends
  to apply the sum of Eight Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine
  Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos and 19/100 (P8,999,999.19) being the Approved Budget
  for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PB-I-2026-05-009. Bids
  received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental now invites bids for the above
  Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 85 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an
  eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II
  (Instructions to Bidders).
