  Invitation to Bid for Concreting of PPO - PNP Access
  Road at Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental
  1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental, through the General Fund intends
  to apply the sum of Seven Million Four Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Nine
  Hundred Forty-Three and 30/100 Pesos (P7,477,943.30) being the Approved Budget
  for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PB-I-2026-03-007. Bids
  received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental now invites bids for the above
  Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 75 calendar days. Bidders
  should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible
  bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions
  to Bidders).
