1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental, through the General Fund intends
to apply the sum of Three Million Six Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Two Hundred
Twenty-Four and 86/100 Pesos (P3,669,224.86) being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PB-I-2025-02-007. Bids received
more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental now invites bids for the above
Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 48 calendar days.
