  Invitation to Bid for Completion of ASENSO Misamis Occidental Medical Center (AMOMC) Building 1
  1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Million (P100,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PB-I-2025-01-003. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 150 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
