  Invitation to Bid for Concreting of Lupagan - Pan-ay -
  Dolores Road, Clarin, Misamis Occidental
  1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental, through the General Fund intends
  to apply the sum of Forty-Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine
  Hundred Nineteen Pesos 33/100 (P49,999,919.33) being the Approved Budget for the
  Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PB-I-2024-12-091. Bids received
  more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental now invites bids for the above
  Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 217 calendar days. Bidders
  should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible
  bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions
  to Bidders).
