  INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF CUSTOM-MADE BLACKOUT CURTAINS
  AND ROLL-UP BLINDS
  1) The Province of Misamis Occidental through the General Fund CY 2026 intends to
  apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos Only (Php
  2,760,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
  the contract for PB-G-2026-02-0387. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot
  shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The Province of Misamis Occidental now invites bids for Procurement of Custom-Made
  Blackout Curtains and Roll-Up Blinds. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30
  Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of
  submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an
