1. The Province of Misamis Occidental, through the General Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the
sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P1, 500,000.00) being the ABC to
payments under the contract for PB-G-2025-09-1732: Supply and Delivery of Rabies Vaccine,
Vero Cell (Purified) 2.5 IU/0.5 mL + syringe freeze dried powder for injection for Asenso
Misamis Occidental Second District Hospital. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
