1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental, through the General Fund CY
2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand
Eight Hundred Eighty Pesos Only. (P1, 999,880.00) being the ABC to payments
under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Various Medical Supplies for
MOPH CSR/OR/DR Use. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental through its Bids and Awards
Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the
Goods is required within 30 calendar days from receipt of the Purchase Order and/or
contract. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of
