  The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental, through the General Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Seventy Three Thousand Five Hundred Forty Seven Pesos and Forty Centavos (P3,573,547.40) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 1 Lot Various Drugs and Medicines for Calamba District Hospital. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 calendar days from receipt of the Purchase Order and/or contract.
