INVITATION TO BID FOR the
Supply and Delivery of 168,000 Liters Diesel Fuel
1. The Province of Misamis Occidental, through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum
of Thirteen Million Seven Hundred Seventy Six Thousand Pesos Only (P13,776,000.00)
being the ABC to payments under the contract for PB-G-2025-02-0373: Supply and Delivery
of 168,000 Liters Diesel Fuel. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Misamis Occidental, through its Bids and Awards Committee, now invites
bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the Schedule
of Requirements provided under Section VI of the bidding documents. Bidders should have
completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract
similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding
Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
