CONVERSION/ RENOVATION OF NEONATAL AND IMMUNIZATION OFFICE INCLUDING CONFERENCE ROOM TO OB-GYNE OFFICE INFRA IB NO. 2026-02

1) The Bicol Medical Center, through the Income intends to apply the sum of PESOS ELEVEN MILLION FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY NINE & 71/100 (Php 11,422,199.71) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Conversion/Renovation of Neonatal and Immunization Office Including Conference Room to OB-Gyne Offices - INFRA IB No. 2026-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Bicol Medical Center now invites bids for the above-mentioned Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 130 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
