  1) The Bicol Medical Center, through the Income intends to apply the sum of PESOS THIRTY-FOUR MILLION FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-THREE & 07/100 (Php 34,578,993.07) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Perimeter Fence and Reinforced Concrete Retaining Wall including Embankment and Reinforced Concrete Drainage Line Canal for the Proposed Site of Hemodialysis Building - INFRA-IB No. 2026-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
