1) The Bicol Medical Center, through the Income intends to apply the sum of PESOS EIGHT MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED ELEVEN & 78/100 (Php 8,496,811.78) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of One (1) unit Tower Pylon Signage at Bicol Medical Center - Pili - IFRA-IB No. 2026-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Bicol Medical Center now invites bids for the above-mentioned Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 120 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
