The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to bid in accordance with the the provisions of the Revised IRR of R.A. 9184 on the use of the Approved Guidelines on the use of a Single Year Framework Agreement (Outright Determination of Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid) under GPPB Resolution No. 27-2019.
