1. The Philippine Rice Research Institute-Agusan Experiment Station, through the 2025 Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) Program of PhilRice CMU, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION EIGHTY-FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY-SIX AND 00/100 PESOS (P2,084,946.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Agricultural Supplies for 2025 WS of PhilRice - CMU under PB AES 25-03-07. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Rice Research Institute-Agusan Experiment Station, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified in the schedule of requirements. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
