1. The Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center, through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Four Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (13,437,750.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Medical Supplies under PB 34-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
