1. The Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center, through the Regular Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Six Hundred Sixteen Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Eight Pesos and 57/100 (₱ 3,616,378.57) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Drugs and Medicines under PB 27-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
