  INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply & Delivery of Heavy Equipment Parts for various heavy equipment under the Office of the Provincial Engineer, Amas, Kidapawan City

  1) The Provincial Government of Cotabato, through the Annual Budget Approved by the Sanggunian 2026 intends to apply the sum of P1,455,658.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Heavy Equipment Parts for various heavy equipment under the Office of the Provincial Engineer, Amas, Kidapawan City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
