  INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply of Petroleum Products to be used for the peace and order campaign and law enforcement related activities (PB-26-033)
  
  1) The Provincial Government of Cotabato, through the Annual Budget Approved by the Sanggunian 2026 intends to apply the sum of P925,460.80being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply of Petroleum Products to be used for the peace and order campaign and law enforcement related activities. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Provincial Government of Cotabato now invites bids for Supply of Petroleum Products to be used for the peace and order campaign and law enforcement related activities using the Lowest Calculated & Responsive Bid.
