INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply & Delivery of Heavy Equipment for the maintenance of roads, bridges and other infrastructure projects in the Province of Cotabato .
(PB-26-021)

1. The Provincial Government of Cotabato, through the Annual Budget Approved by the Sanggunian 2026 intends to apply the sum of P112,000,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Heavy Equipment for the maintenance of roads, bridges and other infrastructure projects in the Province of Cotabato . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Cotabato now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 120 days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
