1.The Philippine Army, through its Appropriation based on Fiscal Year 2024 in the quantity and amount as indicated below:

ASA Nr 2100-2025-0632 dated 10 July 2025 amounting to THREE MILLION PESOS (PhP3,000,000.00) intends to apply the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABCs) to payments the contract for PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY EQUIPMENT. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the bid opening.
