INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply & Delivery of GI Sheets to be given to accredited Tobacco Farmers in Pikit, Cotabato and Special Geographic Areas of BARMM as roofing sheets for curing/drying of tobacco leaves.

1. The Provincial Government of Cotabato, through the Supplemental Budget No. 2 Approved by the Sanggunian 2025 intends to apply the sum of P4,759,560.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of GI Sheets to be given to accredited Tobacco Farmers in Pikit, Cotabato and Special Geographic Areas of BARMM as roofing sheets for curing/drying of tobacco leaves. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
