1. The Provincial Government of Cotabato, through the Annual Budget Approved by the Sanggunian 2025 intends to apply the sum of P346,500.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Agricultural Supplies for the operation and management of the Biological Control Laboratory and establishment of Village-level Bio-Con Laboratory in Antipas, Cotabato. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
