The Provincial Government of Cotabato, through the Annual Budget Approved by the Sanggunian 2025 intends to apply the sum of P3,999,898.56 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply of 58,848 liters Diesel Fuel for various road building equipment assigned in the repair/maintenance of provincial and barangay roads at District I, Province of Cotabato. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
