INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply & Delivery of Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate Interlocking Puzzle Mat to be given to day care children enrolled on Supervised Neighborhood Play (SNP).

1. The Provincial Government of Cotabato, through the Annual Budget Approved by the Sanggunian 2024 intends to apply the sum of P350,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate Interlocking Puzzle Mat to be given to day care children enrolled on Supervised Neighborhood Play (SNP). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Cotabato now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
