INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply & Delivery of HIV Test Kits for STI/HIV/AIDS prevention and control program of Integrated Provincial Health Office, Amas, Kidapawan City .
(PB-21-610)

1. The Provincial Government of Cotabato, through the Annual Budget approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of P1,009,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of HIV Test Kits for STI/HIV/AIDS prevention and control program of Integrated Provincial Health Office, Amas, Kidapawan City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Cotabato now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 days.
