INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF AIRCONDITIONING UNITS

1. The DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMY, PLANNNG, & DEVELOPMENT (DEPDev) Region 5, through the National Expenditure program (NEP) for FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Pesos Only (₱ 3, 157,990.00) corresponding to the Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning of Airconditioning Units under PB 2025-11-03 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item:

Lot 1 : 3TR Package Type, Inverter ACU - 12 units
2.0 HP Split Type, Inverter ACU - 12 units
1.5 HP Split Type, Inverter ACU - 4 units
1.0 HP Split Type, Inverter ACU - 2 units
1.0 HP Window Type, Inverter ACU - 3 units

Total Lot 1 Php 3, 157,990.00

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
