INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE, DELIVERY, AND DISTRIBUTION OF FERTILIZERS

CONTRACT NO. PB 2025 - 070

1) The MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARIA, ILOCOS SUR through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 24 & 25, Series of 2025 intends to apply the sum of THIRTY-THREE MILLION THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (P 33,036,450.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE, DELIVERY, AND DISTRIBUTION OF FERTILIZERS (PB 2025-070). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARIA, ILOCOS SUR now invites bids for PURCHASE, DELIVERY, AND DISTRIBUTION OF FERTILIZERS (PB 2025-070) Delivery of the Goods is required within ten (10) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least one (1) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
