1) The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 46, Series of 2024 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN PESOS AND 57/100 (P 1,496,847.57) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF FLOOD CONTROL ADJACENT TO FARMERS COMMUNITY (BABALLASIAON) (PB 2025-068). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR now invites bids for gabion basket revetment. Completion of the Works is required within 20 calendar days.
