CONTRACT NO. PB 2025 - 052

1) The MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARIA, ILOCOS SUR through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 48, Series of 2024 intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED PESOS (P 584,100.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF PROGRAM MATERIALS (BOOKS) (PB 2025-052). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARIA, ILOCOS SUR now invites bids for PURCHASE OF PROGRAM MATERIALS (BOOKS) (PB 2025-052) Delivery of the Goods is required within twenty (20) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
