1) The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 47, Series of 2024 intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHT PESOS AND 85/100 (P 499,808.85) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF BUILDING (BAGNUS AGRARIAN REFORM COOPERATIVE, BRGY. AG-AGRAO) (PB 2025-043). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
