1) The MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARIA, ILOCOS SUR through the Special Educational Fund (SEF) resolution number 1, series of 2025 intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX PESOS (P 540,286.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND ELECTRONIC SUPPLIES (PB 2025-041). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARIA, ILOCOS SUR now invites bids for PURCHASE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND ELECTRONIC SUPPLIES (PB 2025-041) Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendardays. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
