CONTRACT NO. PB 2025-030

1. The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 48, Series of 2024 (ADP 2025) intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE PESOS (P 5,400,985.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF 1 UNIT HEAVY EQUIPMENT (WHEEL EXCAVATOR WITH DOZER BLADE) (PB 2025-030). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within One (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
