1. The NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR CULTURE AND THE ARTS (NCCA), through the CY 2025 National Endowment Fund for Culture and the Arts (NEFCA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,150,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF PLANE TICKETS (ECONOMY AND BUSINESS CLASS) FOR THE PROJECT TEAM AND PARTNERS; NCCA OFFICIALS; INVITED AUTHORS; NATIONAL ARTISTS COORDINATORS; AND PERFORMERS FOR THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE PHILIPPINE PAVILION AT THE FRANKFURT BOOK FAIR IN GERMANY.
