1. The NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR CULTURE AND THE ARTS (NCCA), through the CY 2025 National Endowment Fund for Culture and the Arts (NEFCA) intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1,545,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF PLANE TICKETS (ECONOMY CLASS) WITH TRAVEL INSURANCE FOR THE DESIGN TEAM, PRODUCTION AND ARTISTIC TEAM, DOCUMENTATION TEAM, AND PERFORMERS FOR THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE PHILIPPINE PAVILION AT THE FRANKFURT BOOK FAIR IN GERMANY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
