THROUGH FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT - LOT 9
1. The MINISTRY OF SOCIAL SERVICES AND DEVELOPMENT - BANGSAMORO
AUTONOMOUS REGION IN MUSLIM MINDANAO (MSSD-BARMM) using a Single-Year
Framework Agreement, through Government Appropriations Act of Bangsamoro (GAAB) FY 2025,
intends to apply the sum of THIRTY-TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED FORTY-TWO
THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 32,242,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS
WELFARE GOODS (FOOD AND NON-FOOD) THROUGH FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
UNDER LOT 9 - SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS NON-FOOD ITEMS TO
BASILAN, SULU, AND TAWI-TAWI (RE-BID). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
